As a BMR member, you have the chance to apply and be accepted into one of Victory Lap’s 6-week tuition-free virtual sales bootcamps. 

Here's how it all works: 

• Apply to the Bootcamp after completing your BMR profile (must be 100% completed.)

• You'll then be sent a Bootcamp Intake Form to futher gauge your preferences.

• Accepted candidates complete the 6-week virtual bootcamp, approx. 30 hours total--1 cohort session per week via Zoom, plus independent work on your own time.
  

• The Bootcamp is conducted in 3 two-week phases.  Participants choose whether they want to move to the next phase.

• Phase 1:  Exploration of Customer-facing Careers: Sales, Account Management, Customer Service, Recruiting, etc.
• Phase 2:  Deep Development of Today's Sales Skills
  
• Phase 3:  Targeted Employer/Job Identification and Interview Preparation
