Process Planning Logistics Expert - Kinaxis

• Become part of our team and support us in the strategic project "Plan@M" as process expert in planning logistics. Your area of responsibility includes in particular the design and strategic development of future business and IT processes in the area of supply chain planning (customer, production, procurement planning).
• In cooperation with various divisions and IT partners, you will shape processes, IT and organizations and support the transformation from the status quo into a future-oriented process and IT architecture. In doing so, you ensure consistent integration into the end-to-end process chain.
• In addition, you define user stories taking into account internal and external customer requirements, specify and test the associated functions and drive - together with other process and IT experts - advance the realization of prototypes and the implementation of pilots. The documentation of business processes and IT solutions is also part of your tasks.
• In all of these you will work in an agile, cross-functional team using Design Thinking and UX principles.
• Last but not least, you will act as a central contact person in for the sub-processes and user stories for involved project teams, corporate and business divisions as well as for plants. You will inform and advise the key users and future users in the plants and support in the preparation and implementation of the rollout.

Travel Expectation: Willingness to travel (max. 30%)

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics/Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or Computer Science 
• 5+ years of professional experience in the areas of planning logistics and/or IT processes in the area of planning logistics
• 1+ years of experience with SAP in the area of SAP-APO and Kinaxis RapidResponse

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Master's degree 
• Training in project management
• Experience in the automotive/ mobility sector (Bosch
  Business Sector Mobility/BBM)
• Project management experience
• Experience in the implementation of Kinaxis RapidResponse
• Enthusiastic and enjoys optimization with a high motivation to develop, coordinate, document and implement new concepts and processes end-to-end
• Communicative, team-oriented, resilient, strong process orientation and very good analytical & conceptual skills as well as target-oriented, structured, self-reliant, entrepreneurial thinking and acting
• Business fluent in written and spoken English
