Job Description

  • Acquire customers and partners for strategic Bosch platform business
  • Hunt/Build and own key accounts with customers and partners at fleets, logistics and transportation industry.
  • Business development responsibilities to include initiating, growing, and maturing customer relationships from initial contact to awarded sales.
  • Become the main point of contact with partner organization.
  • Coordinate all customer and strategic partner meetings.
  • Navigate customers and partners’ organizations to develop key relationships with decision makers.
  • Convincingly present and demo solutions, emphasizing their associated value propositions.
  • Maintain a record of your customer potential and partner funnels.
  • Regularly analyze your sales funnel, share insights within the Go-to-Market (GTM) team, and optimize it by implementing new or corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with other GTM Specialists from all Bosch mobility units worldwide to work with your customers and to leverage existing relationships.

**Work in a highly motivated and dynamic global team. 

**Travel Expectation: Willing and able (Passport) to travel occasionally within the US and internationally, as necessary.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales in fleet and/or software as a service.
  • 3+ years of experience generating leads and developing external sales opportunities.
  • 2+ years of experience effectively conveying value propositions to all management levels at customers and/or partners.
  • 2+ years of experience (Intermediate to Advanced) with MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Effective communication with all levels within an organization.
  • Common understanding of fleets and various fleet vehicle types.
  • Market research experience preferred.
  • 3+ years in enterprise SaaS sales.
  • 2+ years of growing amounts of responsibilities.
  • Technology experience preferred (e.g. experience evaluating technology feature/benefits and/or system integrations.
  • Highly results-driven attitude with a demonstrated record of growing sales preferably in the mobility services area.
  • Self-motivated and willing to be flexible in work schedule and hours due to global team distribution.
  • Strong mindset of customer-centricity and passion for customer success.
  • Ability to grasp new concepts and quickly adapt to changing circumstances/environment.
  • Excellent time management skills with strong ability to balance competing priorities and to manage several concurrent projects and tasks.
  • Ability to think strategically, analyze problems and opportunities, and systematically approach them to find solutions or make improvements.
  • Excellent customer relations skills and ability to communicate professionally.
  • Exposure to both corporate and startup cultures.
  • Experience using Salesforce.
  • Spanish language proficiency
