Job Description

What you will do

As a Territory Sales Representative for Bosch, you are responsible for developing and leading outside sales channels to effectively increase sales in your assigned territory.

You will be responsible for developing strategies and executing sales & marketing initiatives that result in profitable sales growth of the complete Bosch Automotive Service Solutions Product portfolio. This includes Diagnostics, ADAS, Air Conditioning, Battery, Electronics, Tool and Equipment, and Specialty Tools product groups.

You will accomplish this by developing local and regional relationships with customers sales leaders/teams, distributors, jobbers, sales agencies and end users. You will work remotely from a home-based office, when not traveling to clients, participating in trade shows, or conducting sales-based/technical training.

Qualifications

Experience & Background

  • Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent relevant sales, marketing or engineering experience preferred.
  • 3-5 years of sales experience within the automotive aftermarket service tool and equipment industry required.
  • Proficient in building relationships with automotive tool and equipment distributors, jobbers, and technicians.
  • Proficient in selling techniques, territory sales management and planning.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications: PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Experience with organization relationship management.
  • Ability to travel up to 50 – 75% (May increase due to business needs) 
  • Must be located in assigned territory including Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky working remotely from a home-based office when not traveling.
