Ancestry is hiring a Pricing and Packaging Specialist to be part of our Pricing and Packaging team, tasked with enhancing customer value and driving subscription revenue growth. This role combines strategic marketing, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration to create product offerings. The team partners closely with Product, Marketing, Commerce, Legal, Finance, MarTech, and Product teams to ensure our offerings meet customer needs while aligning with strategic business goals.
What you will do...
Product Catalog Management: Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure the product catalog is accurate and reflects business needs.
Optimize & Automate Operations: With the assistance of your team,identify opportunities to streamline pricing workflows and automate manual go-to-market tasks, improving speed-to-market and ensuring consistency across global subscription offerings.
Enhance Customer Experience: Identify and resolve friction in product structures to simplify customer decision-making and improve retention.
Stay Market-Informed: Monitor competitive offerings and market trends to ensure our product packages remain relevant and compelling.
Who you are..
0-2 years of experience in product marketing, pricing, or go-to-market strategy, preferably in subscription, SaaS, or digital consumer products.
Desire to participate in managing complex product configurations and pricing tiers, ensuring customer-facing details are precise.
Interest in collaborating with diverse teams and influencing product bundling or release strategies.
Strong communication skills, capable of articulating complex value frameworks clearly to stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret research, develop business cases, and translate product features into customer value.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field;
Nice to have...
Basic exposure with Shopify, Magento, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, or Domo.
A/B testing experience and familiarity with AI applications in marketing.
Pragmatic approach to emerging technologies and AI.

As a signatory of the ParityPledge in Support of Women and the ParityPledge in Support of People of Color, Ancestry values pay transparency and pay equity. We are pleased to share the base salary range for this position: $49,100 - $61,380 with eligibility for bonus, equity and comprehensive benefits including health, dental and vision.
